Former healthcare professional with a strong foundation in anatomy and client care. Lived in Asia for six years, bringing a diverse cultural perspective and holistic approach to movement and wellness. Committed to empowering clients to improve strength, flexibility, and posture through personalized, mindful Pilates sessions.

Haley’s teaching style focuses on creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone. She strives to make every class feel like a safe space, where clients can be themselves, have fun, and enjoy the experience. With her down-to-earth approach and sense of humour, she ensures that each session is laid-back yet professional, helping clients feel at ease whether they’re new to Pilates or have been practicing for years. She’s passionate about helping you crush your goals while sharing a laugh at the same time!
Outside of teaching, Haley’s spending her time with friends and family, including her cat Yue. She loves attending music festivals; connecting with new people and appreciating live music. Haley is all about authenticity, joy, and meaningful connections, both in and out of the studio.

Brenna began her professional life in law, where attention to detail, discipline and clear communication were essential. After discovering a passion for movement and the positive impact fitness had on her own life, she made the intentional choice to change careers and dedicate herself to helping others reach their health and wellness goals.
She specializes in Reformer Pilates and personalized training, drawing on her analytical background to design thoughtful, results-driven programs tailored to each client’s needs. Brenna prioritizes posture, functional strength and mobility, creating safe, progressive sessions that build confidence and long-term resilience.
Known for her patient coaching style and practical approach, Brenna works with clients across all fitness levels — from those rehabilitating injuries to individuals aiming to enhance athletic performance. Outside the studio, she continues learning through professional development and enjoys hiking, weight training, mindful movement and exploring new ways to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
